Changed your mind? We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Start a return from your account page or contact support; we arrange collection for large items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Faulty or damaged goods are always collected and replaced free of charge — just send photos within 48 hours of delivery. Custom-made and clearance-final items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
